[chan-capi-users] AVM C4 won't deflect / reroute

No, the command seems to be accepted by the card. If it doesn't work anyway, 
it's either the ISDN line (switch), or the card/driver is refusing it.
I don't know if PtP-reroute is possible with AVM C4 card.
