I have been using chan_capi and divas4linux for over half a year on a
production x86_64 system running Fedora 9, later 10 handling 4 ISDN-2
lines on a 4BRI-8M.
It has been proven to be rock solid. Only once did asterisk have to be
restarted.
It never crossed my mind that 64-bit was not supported, as Fedora
x86_64 comes with Asterisk out of the box. I did see a lot of compile
warnings for chan_capi and divas4linux, though.
One issue is that make install for chan_capi installs chan_capi.so in the
wrong directory:
/usr/lib/asterisk/modules in stead of /usr/lib64/asterisk/modules
