[chan-capi-users] caller-names

Change and more details:

On calls from "chan_capi" to "Tenovis" is _see_ the names. On calls from 
"Tenovis" to "chan_capi", there is no name.

On "capi debug" i see:

In the field "ManuData" should be be displayed "Sprenger Alexander" 
instead of "enger Alexander<d5 d4 d5[...]". In the field 
"${CALLERIDNAME}" from Asterisk, there is nothing.
