Hi Rudolf,

currently you do not have enabled the QSIG specific part of chan_capi. 
So there may be a basic problem with your connection.
With your dial you don't send any callerid, tried to set one?
Can you receive calls from four Tenovis switch? If so, can you provide a 
trace of such a call?

Maybe there are wrong settings in your diva configuration...
Do you have some informations about the Tenovis config?
