ISDN-phone connected to where?

This is how a standard PBX works. Don't expect the same with Asterisk. You
might need to create a special dialplan for that.

No, not yet.

And the log doesn't really help, since it is not clear what
you want to do with which channel. Also, to see what is going with
CAPI, you need to
    set verbose 5
    capi debug
