The latest version from isdn4linux.de should be fine.
We also maintain a version of this lib here:
  svn://svn.melware.net/capi20/libcapi20
It contains more big-endian fixes, remote capi and a tracing feature.

But I had not opportunity to make further 64bit tests yet.
