[chan-capi-users] Busy/Congestion on chan_capi

Hello,

when using the following from the Asterisk documentation:

exten => <MSN>,117,Answer
exten => <MSN>,118,Playtones(congestion)
exten => <MSN>,119,Congestion

This does not give me the usual Telco busy Signal.

Instead the call is answered and the busy tone is played by Asterisk.

This is OK for SIP, but not for BRI.

How can I change this in my chan_capi dialplan context?
