[chan-capi-users] Two calls to the same MSN on a BRI

Sorry, but I cannot help you with this. I'm just not familiar with non-DSS1 
protocols.
The D-channel trace below shows a problem and the last message looks like
a RELEASE, so this seems to be the cause for not signaling the call to
the user interface (CAPI).
You should ask Dialogic about this and possible settings need to
be done for this protocol.
