[chan-capi-users] No fax reception with chan-capi, divas4linux and c2faxrecv

You may need to adjust /etc/conf.faxCAPI to set AcceptSpeech to 1 instead of
0.

When set to 0 (default in the capi4hylafax version I used), you can only
receive faxes from ISDN lines.
