This has nothing to do with this update, at least I cannot say how it could 
be.
The values like FAXRATE are taken directly from CAPI messages, just the 
FAXSTATUS is evaluated from line status and error code. So in case
of FAXPAGES=0, it would make more sense to have FAXSTATUS=1.

Can you provide a log of this connection?
